ChemInstruments is a family owned business that has been providing specialized adhesive (all things sticky on tape, envelopes, packaging, etc) testing equipment to the manufacturing and adhesive market for over 25 years. Their products are truly unique, one of a kind equipment that can be configured and specially customized to meet the needs of their B2B customers.
ChemInstruments has been a long time client of InteractOne as we supported their Magento website and provided search engine optimization services. As their Magento 1 website aged however it became necessary to migrate to a more up to date platform. The Challenge
ChemInstruments’ website was facing a whole host of challenges. Magento 1 was aging and becoming unstable on newer devices. As well, performance and security became more and more difficult to maintain as the Magento platform aged.
Our team of Magento and BigCommerce experts worked quickly to migrate the ChemInstruments site to a secure and fast performing BigCommerce website.

We delivered a fresh new design style plus a revamped product catalog and quoting solution on the fast, stable and secure BigCommerce platform.
The new site is mobile friendly, easy to use and provides customers with the ability to receive quotes and order highly customized products for their adhesive testing and research needs. As well ChemInstruments no longer needs to worry about installing security patches, upgrades or hosting because BigCommerce as a Saas solution handles all of those duties seemlessly on the backend.
